Kao putnik u Vašem autobusu sam se osećala nebezbedno I neprijatno, jer većina putnika ne postuje epidemioloske mere, ne nose maske, baš kao I vozač. Na moje pitanje da li se poštuju epudemiološke mere, vozač je bio neprijatan.Nadam se da shvatate koliko je to neodgovorno u ovoj situaciji I kako to utiče na kvalitet Vaše usluge.
Par puta se desilo da je autobus otkazan i da su ljudi cekali autobus koji uopste ne dodje preko sat vremena. Zbog toga sto su vam vozaci i kondukteri stizete u startu kasnije 15 minuta na mesto mog ulaska, a do stizanja u Beograd to vreme se produzi na 25 min kasnjenja. Sada je polazak u 11 i 45 iz Beograda opet kasnio sa kretanjem 15 minuta i jos nakon ulaska u autobus vozac je krajnje nekulturno poceo da dobacuje i da me tera sa mesta gde sam sela da se pomerim sa prednjeg sedista pozadi iako mi je muka kada se vozim pozadi. Naravno premestila sam se bez reci i ovim putem da vas obavestim da zbog ponasanja vasa 2 vozaca i kasnjenjem i neodgovorbim nedolascima gubite putnike. Kada saznam kako se 2 gospodina zovu jedan od ranije krajnje bezobrazan i ovaj od danas I imena cu poslati. Zbog vase firme je vama u inyeresu da resite svoje autobuse, kasnjenja i ponasanje sopstvenih radnika koje je apsolutno nedolicno. I samo da dodam vas putnik sam dugo godina unazad jos pre nego sto su pojedinci radili. Nemam komentar!
